"I called the company I normally use to clean my main sewer line on Tuesday afternoon and they said they could get to me on Friday, my main sewer was not flowing. I called The Plumber on Wednesday morning and talked to Lisa. She was as wonderful. She said she would have a man over in an hour. She sent John out and he rodded out the main line. We are very happy with the work that John did and very thankful to Lisa for easing my anxiety of a clogged sewer line a few days before Christmas."

"Supposedly, my house was thoroughly inspected before I signed the closing documents. But two days after getting the keys, NIPSCO shut off the gas, because in addition to finding a leak outside by the gas meter, they also found a leak behind the stove, and three leaks along the gas pipes used by the boiler. Additionally, like me, NIPSCO was not able to light the pilot to the water heater, so they shut that off too. I was told that they would not turn the gas back on until repairs were made, and they suggested that I get a new water heater as well as a new stove. Being new to the area and in 30-degree weather, I called the first plumbing business I saw. Their estimate to do repairs was $3,700. A friend suggested that I get another quote from a different business, and that's how I "met" Lisa at "The Plumber." After speaking with Lisa, I realized that indeed, I was about to pay far too much for the necessary repairs. In fact, after John [the plumber] finished the repairs, my final bill was $1,927. I saved $1,773 by doing business with The Plumber! But more than saving money, I feel like I did business with a company that cared about me as a person. Not only did they not inflate prices, but John went the extra mile to replace a hose on the back of the old stove that NIPSCO suggested I replace, giving me time to save for a new one! He even took the time to show me how to turn off the valve to the stove if I needed to, and he also showed me how to drain the water heater once a year, and why it was important for maintenance! The Plumber did an outstanding job for me, which began with the excellent customer service I got from Lisa. They did the work quickly, and they did it with care. I don't know anyone who WANTS to have to hire a plumber, but if you need to, I highly recommend The Plumber in Crown Point, Indiana."

"Called after hours for kitchen sinks backed up. Dude showed up within a half hour and OT labor was only 111/hr. 329 for the whole job which is very reasonable for after hours work. Great attitude and worked efficiently. If you need a plumber call these guys. Some of the bad reviews are probably just cause they are crazy busy, not many good tradesmen still in the field."

"They were on time. Did an excellent job installing my hot water heater. He Went above by cleaning out the laundry room sink . He showed me a protective filter in my drain plug and how to remove and clean it. Reasonable price too"

"Because of Plumber Church, the Plumber has a new customer. He identified the problem and fixed it... he then identified a problem with the 3 year old installation that was causing us to be scalded when using the hot water. The whole system is running normal now and we are so pleased."
